About our facility

What we offer

Our facility has an automatic gate which you can access 24/7 with your own personal access code.  We have outdoor parking for RV's, vehicles, boats and trailers.  We currently have 10 covered parking spaces and will be building more covered spaces soon. There are also many open spaces to fit your size need, please email or call to discuss options and pricing. There are 110V outlets at most spaces. We offer month-to-month leases, so you can store with us short or long term.

What do I need to provide to rent a space?

Once you create an account you will be asked to set up auto-pay, using a debit card, credit card or ACH via your bank account.  There is a $75 deposit required that will be refundable upon moving out of the facility given the condition of the space is left the same as when you began your lease. Documentation required to lease a space is a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.  We do not offer storage insurance, you may obtain renter's insurance for added protection if you wish. 

Customer service

We understand that you have options when selecting a storage facility and we know firsthand the value of being a customer.  Our business is based on relationships, you're not just a tenant.  We have someone on site Monday-Friday from 7 am until 6 pm to assist you if the need arises.
